SHIPPING INFORMATION

Depending on the size of your items, we will ship your products via FedEx/UPS Small Parcel or via a freight carrier. We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible.

We currently offer three tiers of delivery service:

CURBSIDE DELIVERY
Smaller Items
  • Smaller items can be shipped via FedEx or UPS
  • Packages do not require signature but will be left at the discretion of the carrier
  • FedEx/UPS typically require 2-5 days after shipment for arrival
  • If you select White Glove service for small packages, we will arrange for the assembly within 1-4 days of delivery. You will need to make arrangements to move the items inside prior to assembly.

Larger items
  • Sent via a delivery truck (usually on a pallet) with a contracted carrier
  • The carrier will call to schedule a drop off time with you
  • We call this delivery 'Curbside' because you'll need to move the package into your residence yourself.
  • Keep in mind that products that ship this method are either too large or heavy to ship with a small parcel carrier like UPS or FedEx, so you may require the assistance of a friend or family member at delivery
  • Although your items are delivered curbside, please be sure to inspect items fully before accepting and signing for your items. It is important to notate any packaging damage on the document you sign accepting the goods.
  • If you are in an office building or apartment, please consider room of choice or white glove service levels
ROOM OF CHOICE DELIVERY
Room of Choice option features a skilled delivery team that will bring your items inside, and place them in the room of your choosing.
  • Scheduling: The delivery partner will call you to arrange a date and 4-hour appointment window once their items arrive in your area.
  • Packaging Removal Included: No
  • Assembly Service Included: No
  • Stairs: At $50 per flight of 15 stairs
  • Signature Required: Yes
  • Please be sure to inspect items fully before accepting and signing for your items. It is important to notate any packaging damage on the document you sign accepting the goods.
WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY
Many large or fragile items will be delivered by a white glove freight carrier to ensure the safest and most convenient delivery. White glove is our top tier of service level and is considered a turn-key experience.
  • Scheduling: The delivery partner will call you to arrange a date and 4-hour appointment window once their items arrive in your area.
  • Packaging Removal Included: Yes
  • Assembly Service Included: Yes, Up to one hour of assembly time included.
  • Stairs: At $50 per flight of 15 stairs
  • Signature Required: Yes

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Unfortunately no matter how well we package items, damages sometimes do occur during shipping. Rest assured, we will make it right for you.
There are a few important things to note regarding damaged merchandise:
  • No matter what type of delivery, you have the right to inspect your items prior to accepting them
  • The document you sign at time of delivery is extremely important.
  • Reviewing the condition of the packaging materials is extremely important
  • When you sign for delivery, even if the outer package appears only slightly damaged, please write "Boxes Damaged."
  • Speed is key. If an item does arrive damaged or with parts missing, please notify us within two days of receipt. We usually have a 48 hour window to file freight claims with our carriers.
  • Pictures speak a thousand words. Please include digital photos of the damaged packaging and items.
  • If the package looks severely damaged, you may refuse delivery. In this case, please notify us so that we can expect the return shipment.
  • Should you refuse a delivery that Zuri determines unwarranted, you may be required to pay any additional re-delivery fees. Unwarranted refusals include, but are not limited, to, cancellation after shipment but before delivery attempt, items not fitting through a doorway, minor and repairable damage/defects like scratches, chips, dents, or missing pieces.
  • We partner with professionally trained repair technicians for all minor service issues.
  • We will either replace the damaged item or repair the item to brand new condition.
WHAT IF I LIVE IN THE DALLAS / FORT WORTH AREA?
If you live in the Dallas area, you have the option to either pickup your items at our Dallas warehouse or receive delivery from one our Zuri-owned and operated trucks. Please allow us up to two weeks to deliver your items. You will be called by our scheduler typically within 1-5 business days to set up a time that is convenient for you. For the most accurate delivery estimate, please ask your design consultant.

  • Smaller items such as chairs, accessories, bar stools ship out within 1-5 days if they are in stock.From there, UPS/FedEx typically take 1-5 days to be delivered at your doorstep.
  • Larger items that are in stock will typically ship from our warehouses within 1-5 days. After shipping, items will arrive in your local market within 4-6 business days. While in transit, you will receive a call to schedule a convenient time for delivery.
  • For larger items, it may take up to two weeks from the date of purchase for delivery.
  • Please refer to the product page to identify if a product ships FedEx/UPS or via Freight Carrier on a pallet. If you have specific questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

  • If you are unable to accept your scheduled delivery, additional storage fees may apply.

WHAT ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT DELIVERY?
  • No matter what type of delivery, you have the right to inspect your items prior to accepting them.
  • The document you sign at time of delivery is extremely important.
  • If your items are damaged, please note the packaging is damaged on the delivery acceptance sheet.
  • Please note that for most areas, delivery time for larger items not shipping UPS/FedEx can take up to two weeks from the date your order was placed.
  • Deliveries may be subject to additional fee’s in certain circumstances such as, Saturday or after hours deliveries, change of address, storage, or delayed delivers.
DO YOUR SHIPPING PRICES EVER CHANGE?
In almost all instances, Zuri subsidizes the price of shipping to you, our customer. Throughout the year, our shipping providers apply variable shipping costs such as fuel surcharges, congestion charges, and extended area charges. As a result, our shipping charges do fluctuate. Please review your cart for the most up to date shipping charges.
CAN I BUY ONLINE AND PICKUP IN STORE?
YES! Simply choose Dallas Warehouse Pickup at checkout and we will get your items ready in 3-5 days. You will receive an email when your items have been put through quality control and are ready for pickup. There is no charge to pick up your order in store. Please bring a proof of purchase. Pickup Location: Dallas Warehouse located at 4880 Alpha Road, Dallas, TX 75244 | Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm. Please note, we cannot supply rope or other packaging materials such as blankets so please come prepared.
HOW DOES FREE 2-WAY SHIPPING WORK?
  • For items such as bar stools, dining chairs, and select office chairs and desks, we offer free 2-way shipping. This enables you see our products RISK FREE! We are so sure you will love these items, that we will send you prepaid return labels to ship the items back to us within 30 days if you're not completely satisfied.
  • Items eligible for free 2-way shipping are denoted as such on their pages. Please note, items must come back to Zuri in brand new, unused condition, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept items returned to us damaged or used. This includes items damaged in return shipping due to incorrect packaging. Please feel free to chat with a designer if you have any questions!
  • Please note, items shipped with our White Glove Delivery service are not eligible for free return shipping.
  • Orders of eight or more bar stools and orders of four or more office chairs are not eligible for free return shipping.
OTHER FAQS
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO destinations.

  • For many of our carriers, service levels cannot be changed once your items have shipped from our warehouses.
  • If you do not wish immediate delivery due to house construction, moving, extended trips away from your delivery address, please notify us prior to shipping. If we are notified after shipment, additional storage charges may apply.
  • All shipping address changes must be authorized by contacting Zuri Furniture at [email protected] or 888-968-ZURI (9874).
  • If you are unable to accept your scheduled delivery, additional storage charges will apply.
  • Saturday or after hours deliveries may be subject to additional charges.
